B-BBEE EME Affidavit, prepared for you

If your annual turnover is under R10 million, you qualify as an Exempt Micro Enterprise (EME) and don't need a costly verified certificate — a sworn affidavit is enough. We prepare it correctly, ready for you to sign in front of a Commissioner of Oaths.

Why it mattersBuyers award real preference points for B-BBEE status. An EME affidavit gets you Level 4 (Level 1 or 2 if the business is majority Black-owned) recognition for a fraction of what a verified certificate costs larger firms.

Frequently asked questions

Do I qualify for an EME affidavit, or do I need a full certificate?+

Turnover under R10 million a year: an EME affidavit is enough. Above that (a QSE or larger), you need a verified certificate from an accredited agency, which we can refer you to.

What do you need from me?+

Your company details, your annual turnover band, and the B-BBEE level you're claiming (Level 4 for a generic EME, Level 1 or 2 if the business is majority Black-owned).

Where do I actually sign it?+

In front of any Commissioner of Oaths — most police stations, and many attorneys, offer this free. We prepare the document; the sworn signature has to happen in person.
