This works best if your firm already handles at least one of: CSD registration, B-BBEE affidavits or verification, CIDB grading, tax pin renewal, or bid submission consulting. If you're a general marketing agency or a lead-gen shop with no direct client relationship, the fit isn't there and we'd rather tell you now than after you apply.

Who is this actually for?+
Firms already advising South African SMMEs on any part of the tender lifecycle. If your clients need CSD registration, B-BBEE affidavits, CIDB grading, tax pins, or help finding and writing bids, the fit is direct. If you're a broker or lead-gen shop with no client relationship, this isn't the right programme.
How does the R400 work?+
R400 is credited to your account when a client you referred converts to a paid Bidcheck plan (Starter and above). Payouts happen monthly once you clear R2 000. Alternatively you can bank the credit against your own invoices from us.
Do I need to sign an exclusivity or non-compete?+
No. We don't ask for exclusivity, we don't ask you to stop working with any other tender platform, and there's no minimum monthly referral quota. If a client refers themselves later on and mentions your name in the signup, we still credit you.
What about my clients' data?+
Referred clients sign up directly with Bidcheck through your link. We never receive a client list from you, and we never contact your clients outside the platform. POPIA-clean by design.
Is this a tax-invoiceable arrangement?+
Yes. Payouts are treated as commission on referred sales. You invoice Bidcheck (Pty) Ltd monthly for the amount owed; we settle by EFT within 7 days. Bidcheck is VAT-registered in South Africa.
