Terms of Service

Effective 27 June 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Bidcheck you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Bidcheck aggregates publicly published South African government tenders and provides tools to match, qualify and prepare bids. We surface official data and provide guidance — we do not submit bids on your behalf and we do not guarantee any tender outcome.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the business information you provide. You must be authorised to act for the business you represent.

4. Plans and billing

Free features are available at no cost. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly or annually in South African Rand through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid plans may include a free trial; you can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. You retain ownership of documents you upload; you grant us permission to process them solely to provide the service to you.

6. Accuracy and decisions

Eligibility checks, payment-risk indicators and benchmarks are decision-support tools based on available data, not professional, legal or financial advice. Always verify against the official tender documents before bidding. Final bid decisions and submissions are yours.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bidcheck is provided “as is” and we are not liable for lost tenders, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be notified. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions? Call us on +27 71 463 3934.
