Eligibility Criteria as follows: Proof of Accreditation by IATA. For the bidder to be evaluated further on functionality, following eligibility criteria must be met. Stage 2 of evaluation Functionality : Company experience = 30 pints, Expertise = 30 points, Financial Stability = 40 points, Accreditation = 20 points. Bidders to meet 70 % out of 120 points in order to proceed to financial stage.
